Welcome to the Coalition for a Nonviolent Columbus

The Coaltion for a Nonviolent Columbus is a grass roots organization made up of community leaders from across the city of Columbus.  Our primary goal is to address violence  in our streets, in our schools and in the home.  Mayor Coleman created the Coaltion in 2010, and in the past year it has grown to include leaders from all four corners of our great city.  Through community interaction, grants and direct action, the Coalition has empowered people to work on over forty community projects that are helping to positively change neighborhoods and minds.
